My Experiences with Artificial Insemination
Artificial Insemination Homologous a “IAH – is a method that has become increasingly important within the group of alternative medicine that has and does not require sophisticated and expensive equipment costs, in order to treat couples presenting with infertility, remains an effective, practical and cheap. Traditionally in the files of the following lies that the method in which women are inseminated deposited all the ejaculate in the vaginal fornix and around the neck, which had high failure rates, is now obsolete. It is known that the ejaculate has two portions which are qualitatively different, the first fraction is small, but rich in sperm and these in turn are of great quality, in terms of motility, morphology and quantity, while the second fraction of ejaculate is of less value compared with the first. In this study we used the first fraction of the ejaculate to perform artificial insemination in couples previously studied and selected for creditor treatment of this nature, which compared it with the insemination Classic The study sample was 24 couples and we divided into two groups, each consisting of 12 couples, couples in group A were inseminated with the first fraction of the ejaculate, while couples in group B were inseminated with ejaculated all, 24 couples were selected service patients Gynecology Central Hospital of North Essalud and all received the same protocol Ovulation Induction of ultrasound it and insemination. The results were tabulated and distributed bi-dimensional tables, then analyzed, yielding the following results. 1.-The age groups most affected were the 29 to 32 years for women and from 33 to 36 years for men. 2.-86.9% of infertile couples had studied for five years with the diagnosis of conjugal sterility. 3 .- The 75% of causes of sterility treated with homologous artificial insemination sperm disorders have been kind and Oligo astenospermia Oligospermia.
4 .- 54.16% of couples treated had the diagnosis of primary infertility. 5.-In the first fraction of the ejaculate, the amount in cubic centimeters obtained ranged between 0.6 and 1.2 cubic centimeters. 6 .- 91.36% of treated patients, were inseminated in the first five cycles. 7 .- We performed a total of 306 inseminations in this experimental work, the reason for this study. 8 .- A total of 530 ovarian ultrasound, trans-pelvic, of the 612 that were planned to be given the amount of work.
9.-The number of inseminations per cycle was three, counted from the beginning. 10-In 58.33% of cases, the follicles reached 32 mm measured on average. 11-The 66.6% of the cases that achieved success, ie pregnancy, were related to Oligospermia boxes. 12-The average number of cycles in the cases that reached the success it was 3.1. 13-The patients inseminated with the first ejaculate fraction of the success achieved in 20.84%, while patients inseminated with ejaculated all achieved a success rate of 4.1%. 14-In 25% success was achieved by homologous artificial insemination. 15, technical failures were trans-insemination backflow of semen in 1.6% and uterine contractile in 1.3% 16-There was no complications post insemination. ABSTRACT Insemination of infertile women, with the first fraction of ejaculate, represents a viable, reasonable, outpatient, economic and should still be considered in health institutions with low complexity.
